The hardened steel grinding cones in the mill will grind hard kernels of grain into fine flour, or you can easily adjust the setting to coarse meal (or anything in between) with a turn of the knob in front of the mill. This mill is a best-seller because of its simple, rugged, functional design and reliability. The mill will easily grind wheat, oats, corn, rye, barley, spelt, buckwheat, millet, rice, kamut, spices, dried herbs, sesame, and soya. Intended for home use.

If you prefer a less labor-intensive approach to milling your grains, the optional electric motor may be just the ticket. Shown here with the Grain Mill, the Bosch motor will work with all the attachments as well, including the Flaker, Meat Grinder, and Vegetable Grater & Slicer. The fuse-protected motor is a 150-watt unit (100V; 60Hz).
